Customer Care Manager

The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager for our Components team. The business unit within Hitachi Energy, based in Ludvika, is responsible for manufacturing and delivering transformer components to customers worldwide. These components are critical to creating reliable and energy-efficient power systems. In this role, you will lead and develop a team responsible for order management and delivery processes. You will have a key role in ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to our customers, while driving improvement initiatives and operational excellence. How You Will Make an Impact Lead and coach a team of experienced professionals in order management and delivery. Manage, monitor, and resolve customer escalations and support your team as needed. Balance customer and factory perspectives to protect company interests while ensuring customer success. Ensure smooth execution of the entire order process: from quotation, order registration and review to delivery and payment. Collaborate with production, procurement, logistics, and customer service to optimize workflows. Develop customer communication to "best-in-class" standards, including methodology and tool development. Drive productivity initiatives by implementing new tools and working methods. Implement policies and strategies to achieve short-term goals and drive continuous improvements. Your Background Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management. Experience with order and delivery processes, preferably from the manufacturing industry. Documented leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and order administration tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are open, communicative, and have a natural ability to understand and motivate people.
