Our unit, located in Floby, has 18 places. Our clients are 18 years and older, and we work to provide them with support and assistance that truly makes a difference. Our team consists of nurses, nursing assistants, and psychiatrists. About the Position As care staff with us, you will have varied work where you will, among other things, plan and implement individual interventions based on needs and goals according to our residents' care plans. You will document daily in our documentation system. Together with colleagues, you will distribute work tasks and communicate with other healthcare personnel. Examples of work tasks: Follow up on residents' weekly planning and care plans Manage medications according to delegation Conduct activities and transportation Social interaction Support with daily tasks and ADL (for example, personal care, meal support, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping) Employment Terms: We are now seeking an employee for a temporary position. Working hours are varied and may include day, evening, and weekend shifts. Pay is hourly wages and other compensation is provided according to collective agreement. A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, attentive, and flexible. You are a person who has the ability to handle stressful situations with confidence and stability. You are responsible and can independently structure your work, while also having good teamwork skills and enjoying working in a team. You have pedagogical insight into people's different circumstances and can adapt your communication style to their needs. We are looking for someone who: Is trained as a nursing assistant, care worker, or nursing aide, or has equivalent knowledge and experience It is meriting if you have: Experience working with this target group B-class driver's license What Happens Now?
