Erikshjälpen is a children's rights organization with a non-profit second-hand operation. Together, we share a common vision: a changed world where children's dreams come to life. We work to combat poverty and vulnerability by promoting children's rights in 16 countries. In Sweden, children's rights work takes place primarily through Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad, in close collaboration with our second-hand stores. In total, we operate around 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand stores in Sweden and Norway. One of Erikshjälpen Second Hand's missions is to generate as much surplus as possible for the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen. 1 position(s). Erikshjälpen is now seeking an additional team member for our International Programs Department, with a focus on financial quality assurance and monitoring within grant administration. Responsibilities You are responsible for financial monitoring, analysis and review of Erikshjälpen's program activities in Sweden and internationally. You work together with another controller and are responsible for reporting to institutional donors, foundations and funds. You provide support to both program coordinators and project managers for program activities in Sweden as well as to international regional offices. You assist them in meeting donor and funder requirements in applications, reporting, audit requirements and agreements for individual projects or programs. You also actively participate in overarching quality assurance processes within the department from a financial perspective. You are responsible for further development, implementation and ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines for financial monitoring. You work in our shared systems and contribute to the use and development of our new intervention system. Who are we looking for? You have higher education in economics or several years of experience in financial accounting and monitoring that we consider equivalent. You possess good analytical abilities and can work independently as well as in a team. You are a person who takes great responsibility, is organized and structured, and values achieving goals and maintaining high quality. You have good communication skills and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English. You share Erikshjälpen's Christian values.
