We are looking for a Communication Business Partner with experience from a technically complex environment. With us, you will focus on the Distribution Business Area, which distributes electricity, district heating, district cooling, and gas around the clock. You will also work in Öresundskraft's various strategic projects. In this role, you are a key person in the work of pedagogically explaining, anchoring, and making visible the transformation we are leading – through everything from modernizing the power grid to local energy production and investments in tomorrow's solutions. Your Mission Provide communication support to the Distribution Business Area and lead internal and external communication projects Develop communication plans and implement initiatives related to projects, change, operations, and customer communication together with the Marketing team Contribute to clear and coherent communication in dialogue with employees, customers, partners, and societal stakeholders Identify communication needs and create content in line with brand and business objectives Participate in coordinating Öresundskraft's communication and project communication from a holistic perspective We Are Looking for You Who Have a solid foundation in communication education at university level or equivalent Have at least ten years of experience in business-related communication work – preferably within energy, infrastructure, or other technically complex environments Have knowledge of generative AI and how AI can be used to develop and streamline communication work Are curious about new technology and driven by translating innovation into business value Have experience with CMS and other relevant systems Are a skilled communicator with strategic thinking and operational implementation ability, from idea to execution Have experience working in project form and collaborating with different functions Have the ability to make the complex accessible and understandable – for both customers and colleagues Want to contribute to societal benefit, sustainability, and local value creation Are attentive, have high collaboration skills, and find it easy to build relationships and trust Your Team You will be part of the communication department, which works in close collaboration with marketing within the Sales, Marketing, and Offerings Business Area.
