About the Role As a CNC Setup Operator, you will have a central role in production where you are responsible for setting up, adjusting, and optimizing machines to ensure high quality and efficiency in manufacturing. You work closely with the production team and actively contribute to improvements in processes and working methods. You will be involved in improvement work and support technical challenges in the milling department, making the role both varied and developmental. You will work with setting up CNC machines, running new jobs, and ensuring that production maintains the right quality from the first component. The role involves both independent work and collaboration with colleagues in a technologically advanced environment where you work with setting up and optimizing milling machines, primarily 3-, 4-, and eventually 5-axis Mazak machines. What We're Looking For We believe you have experience in CNC machining and have a good understanding of blueprint reading and measurement techniques. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and work solution-oriented in a production where precision is critical.
