We are now hiring CNC operators in both turning and milling at Enerco Mechpart in Hofors. Here you work with single-piece manufacturing and small series, which places high demands on accuracy and professional skill. You are responsible for programming, rigging, and running machines and get a varied role where your expertise truly makes a difference. Responsibilities Work independently with setting up, rigging, and programming CNC machines Work primarily with single-piece manufacturing or small series Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications Perform thorough quality inspections Ensure high precision in manufactured components Carry out regular machine maintenance Contribute to improvement initiatives and development of more efficient processes Location: Hofors Scope: Full-time Work Schedule: 2-shift About You You are a careful and responsible person who enjoys both independent work and teamwork. You are technically curious, organized, and have an eye for detail. At Enerco, it is important to be flexible, engaged, and willing to develop together with the operation. Qualifications Have several years of experience as a CNC operator in turning and/or milling Have worked with single-piece manufacturing or short series Have knowledge of control systems such as Fanuc, Manual Guide, Heidenhain, or equivalent Have experience in blueprint reading, measuring techniques, and dimensional inspection Have a category B driver's license Meritorious Experience with Edgecam Hold truck and bridge crane licenses (A1 and B1) We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
