About the Position We are now seeking an experienced CNC operator specializing in carousel lathes for one of our client companies in Karlstad. The company is well-established in advanced contract manufacturing and works with both small series and special components in various materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Job Responsibilities: - Independently operate and set up carousel lathes – from setup to finished component. - Perform measurements and quality controls according to drawings and tolerance requirements. - Work with different materials and batch sizes, often in small series. - Participate in improvement work and contribute to high production quality. - To some extent, edit or create programs in the machine. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: - Experience as a CNC operator, preferably with several years of milling experience. - Good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques. - Understanding of machine setup and tool handling. - Swedish proficiency in speaking and writing. Meritorious: - Experience with programming (CAM or directly in the machine). - Knowledge of control systems such as Siemens, Fanuc, or Heidenhain. - Truck or forklift certification.
