We are currently seeking CNC Operators who are ready to take on new, exciting, and developmental challenges in a company with high goals and ambitions in a strong growth phase. Rototilt has a world-class production facility and produces on 4- and 5-axis machines with primarily Fanuc and Siemens control systems, located in a powerful FMS facility. The tasks are varied with many new articles, where you handle setup runs, program modifications, machine measurements, etc. The workplace is characterized by excellent camaraderie and a commitment to continuous improvement and development. You will work with very experienced CNC operators in a company that maintains the highest quality standards for its products. The work demands high technical knowledge, quality, and precision. Shift work applies. About You You have education relevant to the position and preferably several years of experience as a CNC operator. You work carefully and methodically, and see order and organization as a natural part of your everyday routine. You like to take initiative and have the ability to work independently toward set goals and deadlines. You thrive in a fast pace, are stress-resilient, and have a strong service mindset. Forklift and overhead crane certifications are merits. We are looking for someone who is engaged, driven, and wants to actively contribute to our community at Rototilt.
