Job Description Clearance Broker – FedEx Arlanda We are now seeking 2 employees for our export department at our Arlanda facility. As a Clearance Broker (customs broker), you will work closely with government authorities and ensure that correct information is provided in our customs declarations. You will prepare and compile formal documentation electronically using our internal computer systems for all incoming/outgoing goods from/to countries outside the EU. Good communication skills are required as there is regular customer contact via phone and email, and we would appreciate if you have experience working in a busy office environment as we follow and work toward critical deadlines every day. You are solution-oriented and driven to deliver good service. Training will be provided in the use of our internal computer systems and there will also be external training to ensure that the customs declarations meet the requirements for us as agents. You need to be computer literate and have good typing skills. Previous experience in the industry, customs expertise, and other administrative tasks are advantageous. You will be part of a cheerful and ambitious team with a strong sense of cooperation and unity, and for the right person, the development opportunities are very good! Working Hours Afternoon/evening: 13-21 Minimum Requirements High school education Fluent Swedish and good English language skills in both speech and writing are required. Knowledge of office software. To work in a security-classified area such as Arlanda, certain criteria must be met. Criminal record extract Security clearance via the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen) No gaps in your CV of more than 28 days during a 5-year period. About the Employment Salary type: Fixed monthly or hourly wage according to collective agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Opportunity to work hybrid 2 days per week.
