DFDS Logistics Services AB is a transportation company with approximately 350 employees in Sweden. The company is part of the DFDS Group, which offers logistics solutions throughout Europe with terminals, cargo ships, trains, trucks, and warehouses. To our terminal in Karlshamn, we are now seeking a truck driver for long-haul routes. In this role, you will work Sunday through Friday on a full-time basis. Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will consist of loading, transporting, and unloading goods. For this role, long-haul routes are involved, which means multiple overnight stays in the truck. Your working hours are averaged to 60 hours of work during a single week for two consecutive weeks, followed by one week off. Work starts on Sundays and ends on Fridays. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has the opportunity for this type of work. The work is based at our terminal on Östersjövägen in Karlshamn. Qualifications Category CE driving license Digital tachograph card Forklift certification Valid safety training certificate (YKB) Professional proficiency in Swedish and/or English, both spoken and written Experience driving long-haul routes involving overnight stays in the truck and working 60 hours per week Merit Factors Experience driving tractor-trailers or articulated vehicles Valid ADR certificate Experience driving link trailers The Person We're Looking For We believe you are service-oriented, responsible, and experienced in meeting customers.
