SLK Transport & Logistics AB is a transport company that has been working with several major freight forwarding companies since August 2014. Truck drivers are needed for both long-distance and local operations with tractor-trailers in southern Sweden. The work week typically starts Sunday afternoon or Monday morning and ends Friday afternoon. Job Description: Trailers are usually picked up from the ports in Trelleborg, Malmö, and more rarely Gothenburg, driven to the destination according to the freight forwarders we work for, where the trailer is unloaded. After that, you drive to a loading facility where the trailer is loaded and then delivered to the aforementioned port. During the week, drivers typically sleep in the vehicle, but spend weekends at home or at our local office in Helsingborg. When possible, you can also sleep at home during the week. Every fourth week, local routes are run between Trelleborg/Malmö to Helsingborg and surrounding areas. Market-rate monthly salary, 25 days vacation. Employment starts by mutual agreement.
