Your Role We are looking for you who are trained as an Operating Room or Ophthalmology Nurse for a position as Unit Manager in our operating unit. You have many years of experience working in operating rooms or within ophthalmology. Some form of leadership experience/project management is advantageous. Clinical work is included in the position in the operating room where the activities consist of cataract and refractive surgery as well as outpatient operations. As unit manager, you are responsible for approximately ten employees such as nurses and nursing assistants. The assignment involves resource planning, coordination of resources between the clinic, employee/salary discussions, invoice handling, and responsibility for medical equipment. You ensure that routines, deviation management, and regulations are followed and updated where needed. You will be part of our management team consisting of the Operations Manager, Medical Director, Clinic Unit Manager, and Administration.
