For our facilities at Camping Ramsjö and Hedsjö, we are looking for a camping host with a positive attitude who is service-oriented. As a concierge, you have an important role in being responsible for the overall guest experience. You will create an environment that exudes safety, attractiveness, and warmth for visitors. Your duties include welcoming guests, cleaning before and after stays, ensuring everything is in order and functioning properly, maintaining the facilities (decorating, tidying up, ensuring adequate heating, etc.), handling administration, managing social media, and preferably also undertaking light renovation work (for example: painting, puttying, etc.). You will join a friendly team that you can contact at any time. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, flexibly responsible, and takes initiative. You are independent and share our passion for giving our customers a fantastic experience. This means having an overview of your cleaning areas, providing excellent service, listening to customer needs, and offering improvement suggestions. You easily build good relationships with both guests and team members, and you can collaborate effectively as work involves both individual and group tasks. Since our facilities are spread across multiple locations, we require you to have a valid driver's license (Category B) and your own vehicle. Experience in service jobs is always appreciated but not required—we want to offer you the opportunity to gain that experience.
