NOVAB is now seeking a construction project manager who wants to take a key role in projects where quality, collaboration, and business focus are central. Responsibilities As a construction project manager at NOVAB, you have overall responsibility for project execution – from initiation and design to completion and handover. In this role, you act as a bridge between internal and external parties and are responsible for, among other things: Planning, management, and monitoring of projects Schedules, budgets, and production budgets Procurement of materials, subcontractors, and consultants Purchase management Ongoing dialogue with clients and partners Depending on the scope of projects, you manage one or more projects in parallel, with significant personal responsibility and authority. The projects vary in size, which provides a dynamic workday. Business travel may occur. Profile To fit the role, we see that you have relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. You have previous experience with project management in construction and can quickly take responsibility for your own projects. You possess a good understanding of economics, production, and design processes. If you also have knowledge and experience in construction law, that is a merit but not a requirement. Furthermore, you master Swedish in speech and writing and have good computer skills. A B driver's license is required.
