Position Description Today, more and more people want to build houses and establish businesses in Olofström Municipality. The pace will accelerate even further in the coming years when the Sydostlänk railway project begins construction, finally connecting the main line and the Blekinge coastal railway. We are therefore seeking a self-directed building inspector who, together with the building permits officer, can handle building permits, inspections, and all related tasks. Responsibilities Supervision and case management according to planning and building regulations. Assist citizens and businesses with information and guidance. Develop goals and methods for the building office. Some administrative work. Qualifications Relevant university education or equivalent competence. Strong knowledge of planning and building regulations and their application. Understanding of how a politically governed organization operates.
