About the Job We're looking for you – someone who loves food, people, and sales, and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Gnosjö Järnvägsgatan! In short, the role is about helping our customers buy good and sustainable food at really great prices. Position Details: Temporary position, 26 hours per week through 2027-05-31 Start Date: 2026-08-10 or by agreement. Work Schedule: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Secondary school education, fluent Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's more about the role: Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the daily store operations, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it. After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals. It's also great if you: See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
