We are now looking for a retail sales associate for our hardware and tools department. Your main responsibilities will primarily consist of sales and customer advisory services. Thanks to your product knowledge and sales expertise, you ensure customers can complete their projects. Examples of Common Tasks • Active sales of products within hardware, tools, and electrical • Opportunities to be inspired, learn from colleagues, and exchange solid knowledge and experience within the product category • Responsible for incoming goods and product displays, as well as building and reconfiguring department layouts • Analyze the department's product presentation • Assist other departments as needed Your Profile • High school diploma or equivalent, plus retail experience • Experience in hardware and tools is required • Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service • Through professional consultation on our broad product range, you help customers realize their projects • You are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented as a person • Advantageous if you have a forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and a lift license We Offer • Structured onboarding plan • Internal opportunities for training and development Work Hours/Duration: Permanent position. Weekend shifts: 5 hours/week (10 hours/every other weekend). Salary: Salary according to collective bargaining agreement. Start Date: 6/8/2026
