In your role as group lead, you have overall responsibility for daily operations within your team. In this position, you will oversee goods pickup and web warehouse operations. Typical Job Duties • Together with your colleagues, you will process customer orders from picking to shipment. This includes compiling orders, inspecting goods, and packing deliveries according to defined standards. • Your responsibilities also include planning staffing and guiding your team members on processes and standards. • You ensure that quality, performance, and cost targets are met and continuously monitor that all available processes are functioning and being improved. Your Profile • Previous leadership experience is a merit • Experience in logistics at a retail company or other equivalent logistics company • Relevant experience in sales and advisory within construction or retail • Good administrative skills • Strong sense of service and customer orientation along with sales knowledge • As a person, you are passionate about sales, detail-oriented, and solution-focused • Ability to analyze and evaluate relevant key figures to initiate appropriate improvement measures • We require solid Excel skills • Good communication skills • Requirement: Forklift certification (A1-A4 & B1-B4) • Requirement: Class B driver's license What We Offer • Structured onboarding plan • Internal opportunities for qualifications and career development • Possibility of profit sharing in the group Working Hours/Duration: Permanent position.
