About the Position As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of varied tasks and departments that are always characterized by customer focus and high service levels. This includes, among other things, having a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 articles are well-stocked and properly displayed. Wherever you are in the store, you notice our customers—whether you're restocking merchandise, working the register, helping them in customer service, or serving them in the café. When meeting customers, you're happy to share your knowledge to help them find what they're looking for at a good price. At Biltema, no two days are alike. We're happy to tackle tasks and challenges that may come up by trying to find a simple solution. This position is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. The employment is part-time, from 20 hours/week, and working hours vary and include evenings and weekends. About You Customer time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to listen, understand, and read customer needs. We're therefore looking for you who is a strong service-oriented person with the customer in focus. You enjoy a high work pace where you're constantly facing new challenges. As a person, you like to take charge of things, see what needs to be done, and want order and organization around you. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you have experience from retail, preferably in store work with cash register work or in the restaurant industry.
