About the Position As a café shop associate, you are an important part of the customer experience. You work with sales, receive deliveries from suppliers, and ensure that the café is always clean, pleasant, and well-stocked. You greet every customer with a smile and work together with your colleagues at a fast pace – the workdays are varied and filled with energy. Beyond café work, you will participate in the daily operations of the store. Together with the team, you ensure that the store is always ready for sales and that every customer receives first-class service. The role is part-time, from 20 hours/week, with varying working hours that include evenings and weekends. About You We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in café operations. You thrive when the pace is fast and approach every workday with energy, enthusiasm, and initiative. You are not afraid to think creatively and contribute your own ideas. You are a service-oriented person who always keeps the customer in focus. You enjoy taking on new challenges and find it easy to both learn new things and share your knowledge. We would prefer that you have previous experience working in a café and are comfortable with the tasks that occur there.
