About the Position As store manager, you have overall responsibility for the store's daily operations and function as a key person between customers, the sales organization, purchasing, and other internal functions. Location: Umeå Scope: Full-time Start Date: By agreement Your Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Lead, coordinate, and develop daily operations in the store Responsible for customer service and sales via phone, email, and over the counter Handle customer orders, quotes, and registration in business systems Ensure delivery follow-up and inform customers of any deviations Procure customer-specific products and manage items outside the regular assortment Provide technical advice and product support Handle returns, complaints, and customer matters Maintain customer records, price lists, and discount structures in the system Prepare sales and customer statistics Monitor the store's key performance indicators (KPIs), internal audits, and reporting Work closely with sales, purchasing, product managers, and other internal functions Inform responsible salespeople about major deals and customer opportunities Contribute to continuous improvements in the business We Are Looking for Someone Who Has upper secondary education, preferably in administration, economics, or similar Has several years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or similar work Has experience leading, coordinating, or taking greater responsibility in a business Has good technical understanding, preferably in hydraulics, industry, or technical products Is service-oriented, structured, and solution-focused Enjoys working closely with customers and building long-term relationships Is communicative and has a good ability to build trust Has good IT skills and experience with business systems, preferably SAP Speaks Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing As a Person To succeed in this role, we see that you are a natural leader who enjoys creating structure, engaging others, and taking responsibility.
