As a store manager, you create the conditions for everyone on the team to be able to help customers find the products they need, both visually and through personal interaction. By setting goals for the store, following up on them, and taking action when needed, you together achieve the desired results. You also have good knowledge of Swedish and English languages and good computer skills. Duration/working hours: The position is permanent, full-time, and begins with a 6-month trial period.
