Here you will have a varied and developmental role where you lead daily operations, engage your employees, and drive both the store's and the company's development forward. Key responsibilities As store manager you have overall responsibility for the store's operations, employees, customer experience, and results. Your mission is to create an inspiring store where the customer is at the center and where you together drive sales, customer value, and upselling. An important part of the role is ensuring that your employees thrive, develop, and contribute to a positive customer experience. You are also responsible for implementing the business concept in the store and work actively with sales, gross profit, costs, results, and budget. The role also involves developing routines, creating structure, and driving improvements that strengthen the store's local position over time. What we expect from you We are looking for someone with good leadership qualities, a strong interest in food, and a keen sense for business. You enjoy working closely with both employees and customers and have the ability to create engagement, clarity, and work satisfaction in your daily work. We would prefer that you have previous experience from a leadership position within grocery retail or other relevant operations with a fast pace, sales, and customer focus. Experience with fresh products is a merit. To succeed in the role, you need to be action-oriented, responsible, and confident in making decisions. You have a development-oriented approach to work, identify improvement opportunities, and implement them in practice. You have a good understanding of laws, agreements, and procedures related to store operations and personnel responsibility, as well as basic knowledge of the Office suite. We would prefer that you are business-driven, results-oriented, and have the ability to build good relationships with different types of people. You lead with common sense, clarity, and engagement. Practical information The position is a permanent full-time role and a probationary period applies. The desired start date is sometime after summer, by agreement.
