Are you ready to become part of a growing family business where your role is to develop and manage our new store in Fagersta? Do you have previous sales experience and an interest in technology, hydraulics, and pneumatics? Then you might be the store manager we're looking for at our upcoming establishment in Fagersta! Job Responsibilities Hydroscand is expanding and will soon open a new store in Fagersta with a planned opening in late summer/fall 2026. Your task is to create the conditions for the store to develop in line with our customers' wishes and requirements. You will work with direct customer sales over the counter as well as handle incoming and outgoing goods. Your job will be to find the best solution for each individual customer in a humble and professional manner. You are also responsible for stocking the store, keeping it organized, and ensuring that you always have the right products on the shelves and in the warehouse. Other daily tasks include handling incoming inquiries, material procurement, and order management. You will also be involved in assembly and production work. Initially, you will be the only employee in the store, but you will receive support from your colleagues in the other districts. Training will take place at our store in Västerås. Your Profile You should have a strong technical interest and previous sales experience. You are engaged, solution-focused, and organized, with a natural sense of good service. You have good social skills and an ability to create and maintain relationships with both customers and colleagues. To succeed in this role, it's an advantage if you're comfortable working in Microsoft Office programs and have experience with a business management system. We would like to see practical experience with hands-on work and technical repairs, as well as training or work experience in automotive or hydraulic technology, although this is not a requirement. Industry experience is highly valued, as is knowledge of local businesses and industries. A driver's license (category B) is required.
