We at Arlanda Express are now looking for a few people with excellent service instincts and an interest in sales to strengthen our team at Arlanda Airport this fall. As a Sales Agent at Arlanda Express, your main responsibilities will be to actively sell tickets to arriving passengers at Terminal 5 and serve as a representative and the face of our brand at the airport, as well as staff our Luggage Express baggage service in our lounge at Stockholm Central. We offer fixed-term part-time positions with varying hours. Work will be primarily during daytime on weekdays but may also include evenings and weekends. Are you the person we're looking for? To fit this role, we see that you have an interest in sales and service! You need to have very good knowledge of English and Swedish and be comfortable initiating contact and having conversations with passersby in both languages. We also see that additional language skills are advantageous, particularly Spanish, Italian, French, and German. As a person, you should be fearless, outgoing, and have good patience and a sense of humor. We always strive to ensure that both customers and our colleagues start and end their day on a high note!
