Just below the helipad, we operate one of the country's two units providing nationally specialized burn care. The Burn Center is now expanding its capacity and increasing patient beds from 4 to 7. We therefore need to expand our team. Here we work in multidisciplinary teams, always with the patient in focus. We care for burn patients from the acute phase, requiring advanced intensive care, through intermediate care and finally rehabilitation before discharge. This provides continuity in care and close contact with patients and their families. The department has an operating room where our patients undergo surgery. Our operations are complemented by a clinic where we treat minor injuries and care for patients discharged from the ward. Our patients often have significant care needs with a strong focus on pain management, nutrition, and wound care. You are responsible for basic patient care. Personal development as well as operational improvement are natural priorities for you, and you actively work with these in your professional practice. Together with your colleagues, you create a good work environment and contribute with a positive attitude in the team. Your Qualifications We are looking for you who is trained as a nursing assistant. If you have experience in emergency care or intensive care, that is excellent but not required. Your Competence Wound care is more exciting than many think, so if you're not interested from the start, you will guaranteed become interested. We are looking for you who has a flexible and curious approach as well as good collaboration skills. You also have the ability to structure and prioritize your work tasks in an efficient manner. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. What We Offer Permanent employment and temporary positions; probation of a maximum of 6 months may apply. The position involves rotation between day, evening, and night shifts. We hire continuously, so positions may be filled before the application deadline. Start date by agreement.
