We are now hiring residential support workers for our team during the summer at Skattkärr, Andstigen, and Snäppvägen. We offer training and a rewarding job where you make a difference! We need several summer temporary employees. About Snäppvägen and Andstigen Located in the nature-oriented area of Skattkärr with good connections to Karlstad. About the Role As a residential support worker, you base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life using a pedagogical approach. Together with other team members, you work toward making each day meaningful and fulfilling. You support and guide residents in areas including personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to encourage and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Work hours include daytime, evening, weekends, and on-call night shifts. You will have a group leader or group manager working closely with you who spends part of their time in the operations. This could also be a future career opportunity for you. Your Experience and Knowledge You hold a high school education in healthcare and social services or equivalent education. You have strong Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with this target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important factor. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you opportunities to grow. You have a positive outlook, strong commitment to people, and are responsible.
