You support people to grow toward independence by offering comprehensive support in various areas of life. You are there for them, support them, and ensure they are offered a high quality of life and a sense of belonging. You adapt your support to each person's special needs and wishes and create a safe environment for them to live and function in. Your work tasks vary and can sometimes be challenging. You always strive to improve residents' social skills and encourage them to participate in society. The support we offer must be evidence-based, proven, and legally secure. Your main tasks include: Provide emotional support and help individuals manage their feelings, well-being, and everyday challenges. Provide practical support and motivate people to engage in daily activities such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, and routines. Plan and carry out activities that promote participation, social contacts, and personal development. Manage medications according to delegation. Document, develop implementation plans together with the individual, and collaborate with their network, family members, and other professionals to ensure coordinated support. About You We are looking for someone with a degree as an educational support specialist, social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, social worker, behavioral scientist, mental health nurse/nursing assistant, or another equivalent education that the employer considers relevant. You have documented experience working in social psychiatry or disability services (LSS), as well as experience working with comorbidity issues combined with mental health problems. Other requirements for the position: Experience using Swedish, both spoken and written, in a professional context. We consider it meriting if you have: Experience with methods such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Supported Independent Living (ESL), or Low Expressed Emotion (LAB). Knowledge of the Social Services Act and the Secrecy Act. Knowledge and/or experience in neuropsychiatry through disability services. Experience with Signs of Safety. Experience using digital aids. Category B driving license. We expect that you have good pedagogical skills that make it easy for you to explain, structure, and adapt your support based on the individual's needs.
