As a residential support worker, you work at our residential facilities to support, motivate, and stimulate individuals' own ability to perform activities in their daily lives. You work to provide each client with individually tailored support that helps them create structure, routines, and planning in their everyday life. Residential support is provided to people with various types of functional disabilities, which is why individuals' skills, needs, and development guide our interventions. The goal is to create conditions for an active and meaningful life in a safe and pleasant environment. Work tasks for a residential support worker include documentation, development of implementation plans, and contact person responsibilities. Examples of work tasks day/evening: • Daily activities such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, making beds • Documentation and reporting • Outings, walks, exercise, and activities • Personal care such as hygiene, showering, toilet visits, assistance, social presence • Support and motivate the client for increased independence in their daily life Examples Night: • Independent work • Night supervision • Operational tasks Work hours are arranged according to clients' needs. • 1 position arranged during day/evening, weekdays and weekends • 1 position arranged at night (awake night), weekdays and weekends Who are we looking for? You should also be able to collaborate easily with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive when needed. • Education in healthcare and care, nursing assistant education • Merits include LSS specialization in nursing assistant education or other relevant training such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue • Experience with LSS from previous work is a requirement • Experience working with clarifying pedagogy • You are unpretentious and experienced in working in a team • It is a requirement to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written We offer you We offer you varied and meaningful work where you as an employee are encouraged to make your own good decisions.
