The position is 80-100% depending on your preferences. About Trehörna 7 Trehörna 7 is a group home with five places for people with autism and/or moderate intellectual disabilities. The group home is located in Urshult, Tingsryds municipality, close to nature, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation. The facility has 13 residential support workers and one group manager. About the Role As a residential support worker, you will base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life using a pedagogical approach. Together with your colleagues, you work toward making each day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide residents with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours include daytime, evening, and weekends. The facility operates a needs-based flexible schedule, giving you influence over how your working hours are arranged. You will have a group manager close by who spends part of their time working in the facility. Your Experience and Knowledge You have a high school diploma in health and care or equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speaking and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is a merit if you have experience working with this target group and previous experience with AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) and sign language as support. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important factor. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
