About the Position We are now offering you the opportunity to lead our support and care services and its teams into the future. With a strong focus on residents, collaboration and new thinking, you will work together with the Operations Manager to achieve good and sustainable results. In your role, you will communicate in close dialogue with elected officials and ensure that operations are organized, developed and conducted with high quality toward the service's objectives. Together with the management team, you will develop common strategies for good and safe care for the municipality's residents in a sustainable operation with focus on employees' working environment. One of your primary responsibilities is to provide your employees with the conditions to succeed in their assignments through active and close leadership. You will have direct supervisory responsibility for six employees while also serving as management support to the service's unit managers. To lead other managers, you need to be able to lead yourself. Your reflective and personal leadership style, together with the municipality's core values, form the foundation of your management role. You collaborate both internally and externally to develop the service and prepare for regional challenges. Demography and skills supply are some examples, and digitalization is an important tool in this. You see and understand the economic consequences and recognize the importance of providing managers and employees with the conditions to reach their goals. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a confident leader with substantial leadership experience and experience leading managers. To succeed with this assignment, you need to have driven successful change management and strategic service development, preferably in an organization that includes parts of the administration as well as public authority functions. You have the ability to translate political decisions into operational activities. To thrive and succeed in this role, it is important that you enjoy leading, engaging and creating participation. We place great emphasis on your leadership qualities where you contribute with team spirit in a positive development climate where everyone is collectively part of the larger whole. You have an academic degree or equivalent competence acquired in another way. Other education may be assessed by the employer as relevant. It is important that you have the ability to create a good collaborative climate and that you are solution-oriented, responsive and results-focused. You are engaged, flexible and work structurally both in groups and independently. You have good knowledge of the Office suite and handle Swedish fluently in speech and writing.
