DUTIES As assistant unit manager, you have a central role in day-to-day operations. You work closely with both employees and the operation and help create structure, security, and development in everyday work. In your role, you work closely with the unit manager, where you have ongoing dialogue about the operation's development, priorities, and decisions. Your work includes: • Lead and distribute daily work together with the operations manager • Provide support to employees in day-to-day work • Work with personnel and workplace environment matters • Follow up on quality and contribute to the operation's development • Participate in budget and planning work together with the unit manager QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with relevant higher education and an interest in developing in a leadership role. You don't need previous management experience—the most important thing is your willingness to learn, take responsibility, and grow with us.
