Your Workplace You will be part of a work group consisting of six case managers, two of whom handle matters regarding LSS/SoL. The other four case managers handle matters according to SoL with a focus on the elderly. Your Responsibilities As a case manager you are responsible for needs assessments according to SoL (the Social Services Act). You investigate, evaluate, and make decisions about interventions in accordance with applicable law. Your work also includes following up on and reconsidering previously made decisions. It is important that you have the ability to maintain focus on the individual even when many parties are involved. Qualifications We are looking for you who: - have a degree in social work or other higher education deemed equivalent by the employer. - have a B-class driver's license (Manual transmission) - have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Meritorious It is meritorious if you: - have experience with the IBIC methodology (Individual Needs in Focus) - have experience in public administration Who Are You?
