Ystad Municipality is now seeking committed nursing assistants for Bellahöjden, a team within home care that works with people with cognitive diseases in Ystad town. At Bellahöjden, we work closely together with the individual in focus, where cooperation, commitment, and respect characterize everything we do. As a nursing assistant in home care, you work based on support decisions and individual implementation plans to provide each client with the care and support they need. Your work tasks may include: • Personal care and hygiene. • Social support and meaningful interaction. • Medication management. • Cleaning and laundry. • Accompanying clients to activities outside the home. • Other services that contribute to a secure, active, and valuable daily life. The position also includes resource shifts, which means that if needed, you can work at other units within the municipality. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are trained as a nursing assistant and can provide proof of a protected professional title. • Master Swedish in speech and writing (at least passing basic Swedish from grade 9 or SFI D). • Have good cycling skills. Experience in home care and working with cognitive disease is a merit. We are looking for someone who is committed and empathetic with a natural ability to meet people with respect and care. You are attentive and flexible in your approach, recognize each person's unique needs, and adapt to different situations and circumstances. At the same time, you are responsible and stable, work in a structured manner, and take your own initiative when needed. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment. We place great emphasis on personal suitability! Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: Ongoing. Working hours: Shift schedule.
