Welcome to The Dock – Södertälje's new destination where energy, meetings, and experiences come together. At The Dock, we are building Södertälje's new destination right now. A hotel where people gather for experiences, meetings, food, and relaxation. The spa will be a central part of the experience and spans two floors with treatments, pools, and environments for complete relaxation. We are now looking for Spa Therapists who want to be part of creating something from the ground up and who have experience in both massage and spa treatments including body and light facial treatments. About the Role A role for someone who loves both treatments and people. As a spa therapist at The Dock, you are an important part of the guest experience and contribute to creating an environment characterized by quality, warmth, and professionalism. You move naturally between different parts of the spa. We work as a team and support each other where needed. In addition to treatments, this may mean meeting guests at the spa reception, handling bookings when needed, and contributing to smooth daily operations. You are a role model in the treatment team and help set the standard for quality, professionalism, and guest experience. We work with products from Eminence Organic Skincare, and all training will take place on-site before opening. Examples of Responsibilities: Perform treatments and deliver high-quality spa experiences Be a role model in hospitality, service, and guest interactions Support daily spa operations as needed Who Are You? We believe you are an experienced therapist who is passionate about both treatments and people. We believe you: Are trained as a spa or skin therapist, massage therapist, or equivalent Have experience with treatments in a professional spa environment Are passionate about service and guest experience Thrive in an environment where the pace can sometimes be high Practical Information: Start: By agreement Employment Type: Permanent, with an initial probationary period of 6 months Salary & Terms: Individual salary terms, collective agreement Visita-HRF Opening: July 2026 Work Hours: Varying hours, days and evenings including weekends Reports to: Spa Manager Application Deadline: Recruitment is ongoing Do you want to help set the tone for the spa experience at The Dock?
