WORK DUTIES As a childcare worker, you join a work team that together works according to applicable governing documents and guidelines for the preschool. Together in the work team, you work for children's development and learning. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has childcare worker training. It is advantageous if you have experience working with children and if you share the preschool's orientation. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, and have an approach that is adapted to the situation. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily build good relationships. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development, therefore good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement in both speech and writing. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
