Enebyberg School is located in a quiet residential area in Enebyberg in Danderyd Municipality. WORK RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a child care assistant, you will work in primary school and in the after-school program to create good conditions for learning and security and allow students to develop based on their own circumstances. Together with the entire grade team and after-school team, you will participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating activities based on the curriculum. Creating positive relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues is an important part of the assignment. Work tasks are varied and alternating throughout the day. You will be available as support for students throughout the school day, and be an active recess supervisor, which includes both participating in and leading activities during breaks. During after-school hours, you will lead planned activities and be responsible for students' sense of security and joy. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are a trained child care assistant or have equivalent education/experience from work in educational activities. • Have very good Swedish language skills (both spoken and written). It is also an advantage if you • Have several years of experience working in after-school programs or other educational activities. • Have experience leading after-school activities. We are looking for someone who is flexible, solution-oriented, and has good collaboration skills. You collaborate in an unpretentious way with colleagues, guardians, and children, always with the organization's common goals in focus. As a person, you are confident in yourself and in your professional role. You are stable even in new situations and create trusting relationships where both children and guardians feel secure.
