Job Responsibilities As a preschool teacher, you are an important part of the pedagogical work. You work closely with colleagues and contribute to creating an operation where children are at the center. You will: Participate in planning, implementation, and follow-up of pedagogical work based on the curriculum Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children Work actively with children's learning, development, and social interaction Contribute to pedagogical documentation and systematic quality work Collaborate with colleagues and guardians in a professional and solution-focused manner Work from a relational and respectful perspective About the Operation Nykvarns Municipality has seven municipal preschools and an operation in constant development. We offer, among other things: Collegial forums and reflection time Opportunity for individual planning time 4 Planning days per school year Wellness allowance Free pedagogical lunch Qualifications We are looking for you who: Have a certified preschool teacher education Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Have experience in pedagogical work and understanding of the curriculum's mission Are organized and experienced in working with pedagogical documentation Have good collaboration skills and build good relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians Are responsible, flexible, and committed in your work Other Information We require that you present an extract from the criminal and suspicion register before employment. Nykvarns Municipality is a Swedish-speaking administrative area, and we consider it a merit if you speak Finnish. For this position, you must have a B-class driver's license.
