The Barista position requires no prior experience—we train our new employees to become Baristas! To start working as a Barista, you need to be of legal age. If you're under 18, you can instead apply for the Host position; keep an eye on the website when new positions are posted. It's a plus if you've previously worked as a café assistant, retail assistant, or in service. In this role, you'll make great beverages, prepare and serve fika. You'll make sure the shop is a welcoming, clean, and tidy place—just as you'd want it to be. And you, together with your colleagues, will make sure you're all good behind the bar!
