Right now we're looking for a pool and fitness attendant who loves taking care of our members, visitors, and our facility. We have a broad range of activities including a swimming hall, gym, and group training both on land and in water. As a pool and fitness attendant at Medley, you'll have a highly varied job. No two days are alike—you'll work at reception and in the café, supervise the pool, teach swimming, perform lifeguard duties, ensure the facility is clean and tidy, and provide our customers with the best possible service in all roles. We're looking for someone who loves delivering excellent customer service and hospitality. Putting the customer first comes naturally to you. As a pool and fitness attendant, you have a welcoming manner, an eye for organization and order, and the ability to create a positive atmosphere with both customers and colleagues. We're looking for someone who: Cares about your members' health and works with colleagues to give them the support and inspiration they need to succeed in their training. Especially through Medley's product "Training Journey," which gives new members the start they need for their membership. Is passionate about training & health Is a driven, responsible, and independent person Has a good ability to make contact and build long-term relationships Is organized, engaged, goal-oriented, and has good planning skills Is a positive, social, humble, and unpretentious person Is flexible with working hours and willing to work evenings and weekends.
