Description We help companies in all industries with both preventive and health-promoting measures as well as follow-up interventions at the individual, group, and organizational levels. As a physician with us, you have the opportunity to work closely with the customer/employer, which allows you to influence the employee's work environment and health over time. You work together with, among others, our occupational health nurses, psychologists, and physiotherapists. You provide advice and support to managers, HR departments, employees, and company management on matters related to health, work, rehabilitation, and healthcare. You work within one or more of our specialist areas: rehabilitation, occupational medicine, substance abuse, and preventive health work. The physician assignments are varied and may include consultation, assessment of health issues, planning and measures based on needs, implementation of statutory/medical examinations, workplace visits, and work capacity assessments. The position encompasses part-time or full-time work at 75-80% employment or by agreement. We offer flexible arrangements where the position can be adapted based on operational needs and the right candidate's circumstances. Qualifications We are looking for someone who wants to help develop our operations and has an interest in, and preferably previous experience with, corporate health to develop a healthy working life. You are a specialist in occupational medicine, general medicine, rehabilitation, or similar, or have completed training in medical examinations in working life. You have a health-promoting approach and a genuine interest in people, their health, and work environment. If you want to work and develop with us, you should enjoy working in a customer-oriented, consultative manner, have self-drive, and like working in a team. The position is located in Karlshamn; work may also become relevant in Kristianstad. Additionally, work at customer sites will occur. A driver's license and access to a car are necessary.
