Does this sound like you? Then you could be the person we're looking for! About the Role Do you have previous experience as a sales manager, department manager, or perhaps store manager? Then you could be the person we're looking for! As a department manager, you have overall responsibility for leading and distributing work in the daily operations of your team. You will develop and motivate your employees so that they are stimulated and contribute to a positive work environment that positively affects our customers. The position includes responsibility for a large part of the store's logistics departments. Examples of Typical Tasks Work together with your colleagues in store management, in close collaboration with the store manager and act as their substitute in their absence and during on-call service. Actively work on exposure and process optimization Act as a role model for customer advice and sales Identify problems and suggest solutions, as well as ensure that standards are maintained. Your Profile You are a role model for your colleagues and are driven by working in a team. You have a burning interest in sales and are driven daily to develop your own and your team's sales efforts Your leadership is characterized by humility and a coaching approach Previous leadership experience managing groups of 10-15 people You have experience from retail; experience from logistics is highly desirable Good administrative skills, preferably previous experience with ATOSS and SAP You think commercially in all aspects of the business and have a strong ability to translate strategy into action. Good knowledge and experience in economics to be able to develop departments and their profitability As a person, you are thorough and solution-oriented. B-category driver's license is required.
