Atria is growing and is now seeking an Automation Specialist IT/OT – a new and expanded role in our Swedish operations – to strengthen and further develop our production environments through advanced automation, smart system solutions and continuous improvements. The position is located in Sölvesborg, and here you will have an important role in future-proofing Atria through modern, efficient and sustainable automation solutions. YOUR DAILY WORK As an IT Automation Specialist, you will be part of our IT/OT team responsible for our production facilities and offices in Sweden and Denmark. The team is responsible for automation, production systems, infrastructure, business systems, service desk and other mission-critical systems. In this role, you will work with the management, development and improvement of our automation solutions and participate in both day-to-day operations and investment and change projects related to automation, control systems and production. You will work closely with the operations, the Group's IT organization in Finland/Sweden, automation specialists, Operations Development and external partners to ensure stable, secure and efficient solutions at our facilities. Examples of work tasks: Ensure stable operation of automation solutions to maintain high availability and continuity in production – in collaboration with maintenance and engineering departments Conduct technical feasibility studies and analyses Monitor and manage lifecycle planning and availability of automation components, including planning for upgrades, phase-outs and risk management related to obsolete equipment Work with troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA) and improvement work Ensure correct and reliable traceability as well as collection of production data Contribute to continuous improvements in production line efficiency, capacity and performance Support production and product development in changes to products and production methods, with focus on efficiency, quality and feasibility You will be part of a dedicated and knowledgeable team where people enjoy working. This is a permanent position based in Sölvesborg, where we have our chicken production facility. WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for someone with at least a few years of experience in industrial automation, control systems and OT. You have worked in manufacturing, process industry or similar operations and enjoy a role where you combine technology, problem-solving and improvement work. You also have experience with system-oriented maintenance work, troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) as well as practical experience with system configuration and commissioning. You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English. You also have expertise in some of the following areas: PLC programming, for example Siemens S7/TIA Portal or Allen-Bradley HMI/SCADA systems such as WinCC or iFix Fieldbuses, frequency converters and bus-connected instruments/sensors Industrial networks and communication solutions, for example TCP/IP and OPC Robotics Databases and integration solutions Machine Vision Machine Safety Project Management For you to thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you are a self-driven and solution-oriented person who is driven by improving, developing and taking own initiatives.
