We are currently in an exciting phase with major investments ahead, and we are now seeking an assistant restaurant manager who wants to be part of creating structure, hospitality, and quality in our restaurant experience. In this role, you work closely with the restaurant manager and help lead the daily operations in the dining room. You are an important part of creating clarity for staff, confidence in service, and a warm, professional experience for our guests. You assist with planning, work leadership, scheduling, procedures, and follow-up in the restaurant. The role also involves being present in operations, supporting the team during service, and ensuring that details meet the standard we want Green Hotel to represent. You are an important link between the dining room, kitchen, reception, conference, and management. The role can suit both those who already have experience in leadership and those who are ready to take the next step in your development. What matters most is that you have genuine hospitality skills, take responsibility, and have the ability to receive coaching and grow into the role with us.
