What does the job involve? You will work as a personal assistant to a happy 9-year-old girl. This girl enjoys music, swimming, sparkly things, and speed! In this role, you are an important support in her everyday life and help create security, structure, and fun moments together. Your work tasks may include: support with daily routines and activities help with care tasks, such as hygiene and mobility assistance come up with fun activities, play, crafts, or join outings You will usually work alone and need to feel comfortable working independently without colleagues in your immediate vicinity. The work takes place wherever the girl is – at home, during activities, or at the summer cottage. Routines are important, but sometimes you need to be flexible and take things as they come. Work Hours Work hours vary – days, evenings, weekends, and nights (on-call/standby).
