Askersunds Municipality currently consists of 12 preschools, divided into three preschool areas, spread across the locations Askersund, Hammar, Olshammar, Rönneshytta, Snavlunda, Zinkgruvan, Åmmeberg, and Åsbro. We have a preschool organization consisting of three principals who are each responsible for their own preschool area. The principal group works closely together to ensure equivalent practices across all of Askersunds Municipality's preschools. We have our own child health team consisting of two special educators, and we have good collaboration with IFO and BVC, which includes regular meetings. Now we are seeking you, licensed preschool teachers, who want to take an extended substitute position at Mosippans Preschool in Åsbro! We have fresh and well-designed facilities as well as access to a large outdoor yard with varied offerings. The preschool is well-located with access to natural areas as well as a library and bus stop. Askersunds Municipality offers, among other things: * wellness subsidy * pedagogical lunches at preschool * five municipality-wide planning days/year for pedagogical staff at preschools 2 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Are you an engaged and licensed preschool teacher who wants to help create an equivalent preschool? Then you are welcome to a preschool with great potential and present leadership. Together with colleagues at the preschool, you take responsibility for teaching and further develop the operations so that children have the best conditions for development and learning. We are seeking you who: * are interested in working with the preschool's systematic quality development and are well familiar with the preschool's governing documents. * are a listening educator who challenges children to pursue their questions and reflections so that they develop confidence in their own and others' abilities. * have good collaboration skills with both large and small groups. * place great emphasis on developing good, trusting relationships with children and parents. * see the possibilities of the pedagogical environment both outdoors and indoors. * professionally and systematically plan, implement, document, and analyze the preschool's education and teaching. * organize and structure the operations so that it supports children's security and development as well as staff's working environment. We expect that you can work independently as well as in a team, and that you have good social skills and are a responsible person. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking you who are trained as a preschool teacher with a preschool teacher license and good knowledge of the Swedish language. Please note that interviews and hiring take place continuously during the announcement period. The substitute position is filled subject to required decisions being made, and possible extension may be possible. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
