We are expanding the rehabilitation team and therefore need to hire two additional occupational therapists in connection with upcoming retirements. With us, you work in a small, committed, and cohesive rehabilitation team where occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation assistants work closely together around patients. In addition to work within the rehabilitation team, we also work very closely with nurses and care personnel. As an occupational therapist with us, you work within municipal primary care and meet patients in ordinary housing, special housing, short-term activities, as well as BMSS and daily activities within LSS. The work is varied, independent, and takes place close to the patient. 2 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an occupational therapist with us, you work with a focus on making everyday life functional and meaningful for people with reduced activity capacity, primarily through home visits, assistive device prescriptions, and housing adaptations. You assess, train, and adapt the environment to increase independence with physical or cognitive difficulties. You often work with guidance and training of care personnel. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed occupational therapist - Genuine interest in elderly and frail patients - Independent, flexible, responsible, and collaboration-oriented - Driver's license (category B) is a requirement Previous experience in municipal primary care is meritorious but not required. We are looking for someone who fits in with and complements our team. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent, Start date: To be agreed.
