JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Communal Primary Care Rehab Team 4 is organized within the care administration but works with target groups found within the social administration's area of operations. One focus in the team is toward LSS activities and another focus is toward social psychiatry activities. We are now seeking an occupational therapist with a focus on LSS. The target group in this position is people with disabilities with LSS decisions. You will initially replace a colleague who is on leave for 1 year, and the focus and placement may thereafter change based on the needs within Communal Primary Care. In the team, you work with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, rehab assistants, and nurses with a focus on LSS as well as social psychiatry. In your work, you also collaborate with staff groups, unit managers, relatives/legal guardians, regional rehabilitation, and benefit administrators. As an occupational therapist, you work together with the person to enable participation in activities in daily life. You conduct assessments, work with cognitive support, training in everyday activities. You work with both preventive and compensatory measures, assistive device prescription, and certify the need for housing adaptations. The work also includes providing guidance and instruction to both the person themselves and to relatives/legal guardians as well as staff. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. You are stable, confident, and secure in your professional role. You will work both independently and in a team, which requires that you have good initiative while also being a team player. You value teamwork highly and are genuinely interested in working with focus on the target group's individual needs. As an occupational therapist, you appreciate a flexible working style, varied tasks, and work pace. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A driver's license is a requirement.
