The operation provides rehabilitation of patients after acute hospital care following operations in orthopedic, general, thoracic surgery, and medical conditions requiring rehabilitation. We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. It is a merit if you have also worked with rehabilitation in hospital or outpatient care. On the unit, we work close to the patient in a team where all professional categories are included to jointly work for the patient's rehabilitation. The professional categories on specialized rehabilitation include nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, resident physicians, and specialist physicians. Job Description: Clinical work on the unit: assessment, training, assistive device testing/prescription, and reporting to the next step in the care chain. The paramedical unit's mission will be to ensure good and safe care and rehabilitation. The collaboration between physiotherapist and occupational therapist is close, and assessments, registrations, and training are carried out jointly where needed. The work requires good interaction and communication skills with colleagues, other professionals, as well as with patients and next of kin. As a person, you have the ability to see the big picture, want to work cross-professionally, and have good collaboration skills. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist. A master's degree is a merit. You preferably have experience with teamwork and clinical work in rehabilitation.
