JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Are you the occupational therapist who wants to make a real difference for people with cognitive disorders? We are looking for you—a confident, engaged, and driven occupational therapist with a special interest in cognitive disorders and person-centered rehabilitation. In this role, you work across the organization and become an important part in developing quality and individually tailored interventions for people with cognitive disorders. You contribute your expertise in assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative measures and serve as support and a knowledge resource for both colleagues and activities. Your responsibilities include, among other things: • Conduct assessments that form the basis for the authority's investigations • Collaborate closely with nursing assistants in the Specialist Team and the dementia nurse • Cooperate with family support centers and day activities • Test and prescribe assistive devices and provide training in activity and participation • Coach and instruct care personnel • Participate in BPSD assessments together with home care and care and residential facilities • Cooperate with memory clinics and health centers • Contribute to the development of activities by staying updated on research and new methods in the field QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you as: A licensed occupational therapist who wants to work based on a professional, ethical, and person-centered approach. You have the ability to plan and structure your work independently while thriving in interprofessional collaborations. You are confident in your professional role, take responsibility, and easily build good relationships with both patients, family members, and colleagues. We also see that you work in a motivating and solution-focused manner and are comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders.
